Overview
A social-experiment site (opened 2022) on about 1,540 sqm of idle UR land in Minatogawa, Hyogo-ku, Kobe, regenerated as a rental farm plus open park space, with about one third as farm and the rest as park.
Citizen participation
Members rent farm plots to grow crops, while the park function supports diverse uses such as childcare, education, welfare and entertainment. The PARK BAR serves as a place for exchange and rest.
Operating model
A social experiment by Kobe City and the UR Agency on idle UR land aimed at easing densely built-up districts. Good Luck is the operator, combining a rental farm with private park functions.
Impact
