This project aimed to provide The Big Garden, an Omaha, NE-based nonprofit, with survey data on the growth, needs, and capacity of its supported community gardens over five years. A census survey was distributed to all gardens in their network to collect data on characteristics, production practices, support needed, community involvement, programming, barriers, facilitators, impact, and capacity. The collected data, analyzed using descriptive statistics, is intended to inform the organization's future planning.
