Based on survey data from randomly selected tourists visiting Yang Ling, China, collected using the contingent valuation method (CVM), this paper gathers information on willingness to pay for the visit and its influencing factors, and quantitatively analyzes the development of urban agriculture. On this basis, the leisure function of the Yang Ling Agricultural Landscape Park is valued at RMB 52.42 million. The paper also offers recommendations for future use of the CVM.
