A qualitative case study examined the leadership communication style of the chairwoman of Kentagor, described as the best-performing women's farmer group in Bogor city, Indonesia, in relation to urban agriculture group activities. Based on interviews, observations, focus group discussions, and WhatsApp group documentation, her messages reflected a "LO-MO-GO" communication style combining leader-oriented, member-oriented, and group-oriented tendencies.
