This thesis project resulted in Malmököket, a vibrant food center in the Nyhamnen district of Malmö, Sweden. The facility includes a People’s Kitchen and Diner, a wine bar, urban farming facilities, and food markets. The project aims to create a space for people to gather around food, fostering cooperative and social living, and promoting democracy and fellowship.
