OpenAlex本研究において、公民連携によるコミュニティガーデンを用いた街区公園の利活用に関して東京都江東区の事例を取り上げ、先駆性や発展可能性、課題について明らかにした。研究方法は、文献調査やインターネット調査に加え、区やデベロッパーなどの各関係主体へのインタビュー調査と活動参加者へのアンケート調査により研究を進めた。公民連携のコミュニティガーデンは先駆性として街区公園という既存公共施設の再整備という点、発展可能性として新規開発にともなう新しい地域貢献型の開発負担制度につながり得るモデルになり得る点で評価できる。ただ、CG活動の主体形成と活動の継続性の確保において課題が残されている。また、多主体連携の体制構築への支援や開発負担制度から地域貢献制度への展開が一般制度化にむけた行政側からの支援や必要な対応として求められる。
