Service Learning: A Bridge to Engineering for Underrepresented Minorities

This report described a service learning project that exposed underrepresented high school students to engineering through a community service activity where students built irrigation equipment for a community garden. The project's objective was to motivate high school students to consider STEM majors using service learning.
