Case Study of an SNS-Based Urban Agriculture Experiential Learning Program : Applying Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory and a Collaborative Learning Model

This study analyzed the 'Potted Tomato Experiential Learning Group' program, applying Kolb's experiential learning theory and an SNS-based collaborative learning model. 700 elementary, middle, and high school students in Gyeonggi Province used tomato cultivation kits and online content to share their cultivation process and learning experiences on Instagram. Communication via SNS facilitated real-time feedback, information sharing, and peer interaction, which increased learning motivation and participation.
