Training on Microgreen Cultivation as a Strategy to Strengthen Food Security and Family Nutrition

A service was implemented to provide knowledge to partners from the WES Payungi community in Indonesia about alternative strategies to strengthen family food security through microgreen cultivation. A Community Based Research approach was used, and the activity was carried out in three stages: training, cultivation preparation, and implementation of microgreen cultivation. Through this training, partners became able to practice growing microgreens for themselves and participate in introducing them to a wider community.
