This research in Kotapinang District, Indonesia, evaluated coconut water waste as a liquid organic fertilizer (POC) for mung bean microgreens over one week. Four treatments with varying POC doses were tested. The 30 ml treatment resulted in the greatest plant height at 4 days after planting (13.83 cm), while the 10 ml treatment showed the highest growth (19.66 cm) and leaf width (1.2 cm) at 7 days after planting.
