Overview
The Lyon chapter of the international Incredible Edible movement (begun 2008 in Todmorden, UK), active since 2011. Volunteers plant vegetables and herbs in shared street planters that anyone can harvest, turning public space into a free 'self-service' vegetable garden. Planters are placed using permaculture principles based on sunlight and water access.
