Overview
JA Osaka City’s Midori allotment network across the city. With no city-run allotments, it is core soil infrastructure for neighbourhoods including Tsurumi near Yokozutsumi.
Citizen participation
Allotments for Osaka City residents/workers under JA’s Midori program (11-month leases, first-come). Users usually supply seeds/tools. Tsurumi plots include Yasuda, Nakachaya and Moroguchi near Yokozutsumi.
Operating model
JA-mediated allotment network on member farmland. Osaka City runs no municipal allotments and points people to JA, private and farmer-run sites.
