Overview
A 3.6-hectare cooperative urban farm in Warsaw's Siekierki district, about 25 minutes from downtown. On former allotment land cleared for a bridge project and long left idle, residents formed a cooperative and turned it into an edible landscape.
Citizen participation
Residents formed a cooperative to reclaim the land and now own and farm it together. Seasonal vegetables, herbs and fruit are mixed with plants that provide nectar and pollen for bees and butterflies, joining cultivation with food, education and community regeneration.

A non-commercial urban farm based on cooperative shared ownership and a shared harvest, tied to education and community activity.
Impact
Turns abandoned urban land into a citizen-owned space for production, connection and biodiversity — a leading Polish example of citizen-led urban farming.

Inaugurated on 13 May 2026, it is described as the largest of its kind not only in Prague but in Czechia.
